Frankincense Resin : Frankincense oil resin naturally contains Boswellic acid which repairs and protects skin with its anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties. It combats aging, improves elasticity, evens complexion, and reduces wrinkles, scars, and blemishes. Its toning and rejuvenating effects help close pores and enhance skin tone. As an antiseptic and astringent, it promotes healthier, youthful-looking skin. Boswellic acid is primarily found in the resin of frankincense (Boswellia) and not in the essential oil extracted from it; therefore, you can only get boswellic acid from frankincense resin, not the essential oil itself which is why we only use the highest organic grade form of Frankincense Resin.
